InvestUs, a division of Pilanehurst Financial Services (Pty) Ltd FSP 51084, provides digital financial investment services through its platform. These services involve the allocation of client-contributed funds into verified investment opportunities, specifically the Purchase Order Investment Tiers Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
There are no physical goods delivered. Instead, service delivery refers to:
- Receipt of funds
- KYC or FICA verification
- Allocation of funds to a specific investment tier
- Issuance of confirmation and investment schedule
2. Fulfilment Timeline
Within 1 to 3 Business Days
- You will receive a formal Investment Confirmation Email including
- Your investment tier details
- Amount invested
- Start date and maturity date minimum six months
- Return structure
Within 5 to 7 Business Days
- You will receive a signed Investment Acknowledgment Certificate or investor agreement if applicable
3. Communication and Tracking
All communications and delivery confirmations are made via
- Email as the primary method
- Optional login portal if activated
- Customer support follow-ups where necessary

4. Delays in Service Fulfilment
While most transactions are completed promptly, delays may occur due to:
- Pending FICA or KYC verification
- Incorrect or incomplete payment reference
- Technical issues with the payment gateway
- Banking delays
In such cases, our support team will contact you within 48 hours to resolve the issue
5. Completion of Service
The service is deemed fully delivered once:
- Your investment funds are allocated
- The Investment Confirmation has been sent
- You begin accruing the applicable return from the start date
Your return payout at the end of the term constitutes final fulfilment of the service
